After today's rolling restart (which took an awful long time -- the region went down at 19:08 local and didn't come back until around 20:26) the great leap backward has taken place:

Thankfully everything else seems okay. No obvious problems. At least the PDT vs GMT SNAFU is now fixed. For me it was just a small annoyance -- it must have been much worse for people with items that were heavily tied into time (midnight mania boards, that sort of thing).
